Challenge: Reeves Independent faced a number of challenges as it supported its independent financial advisors and ramped up usage of modern collaboration platforms. It had a rapidly growing volume of Zoom video recordings that were driving up storage and management costs. There was no simple way to delete the recordings after a required seven years. In addition, manual review of the recordings was time-consuming. They needed a better way to manage the volume of content and review.
